Hand blown glass Teapots

Glass teapots are the ideal teaware for serving high grade teas such as oolong, dragon pearl, and blooming flower teas. Simply add the tea, pour hot water and watch the tea leaves gradually unravel inside the pot. The built in strainer in most models prevents any leaves from leaving the pot during serving. For smaller cut teas such as black tea we suggest using models D, F or G with the built in glass strainer inside.

Cast Iron Japanese Style Teapots

The Japanese style cast iron teapots are extremely durable and can last a lifetime if properly maintained. The teapots can be placed in direct contact with a gas stove and the solid iron bodies have the advantage of keeping the pots warm for an extended period of time. The built in large capacity strainer inside all pots also makes them ideal for brewing herbal infusions which need to steep for longer periods of time.
